If you would like your photos returned, include a self-addressed, stamped envelope.
Keep in mind that auction values are not retail values. However, the competitive auction environment helps ensure the best possible prices for your items.
STEP TWO - CONSIGN YOUR ITEMS
For large consignments, we can arrange to have your items picked up and delivered to SUSANIN'S and then deduct the cost from the proceeds of your sales.
You will be asked to sign a one-page consignment agreement and you will receive a complete inventory of your items. You can follow photos and descriptions of your property through every stage of the auction process in the 'My Consignments' area of our website.
STEP THREE - LOOK FOR THE CHECK!
Checks for the proceeds of each auction are issued to consignors after 30 days and in accordance with the Consignor Agreement.
When an item sells, the 'hammer price' determines the amount you receive, minus the commissions indicated in your agreement.
SUSANIN'S generally retains as its commission:
30% for all lots sold.
